What do I have to do to get my motor to General Servo?
Put a business card in the box with the unit and ship it to 360 Industrial drive, South Elgin IL 60177. We Will contact you about your free evaluation. You may also complete our RMA form and include the PDF copy with the shipment.
What if I have and emergency repair?
Contact us to see if we have a unit available to ship same day, or process your repair as an emergency
What if I cannot find the motor I am looking for in your inventory?
Please call 630-889-9261 to see if we can build you a unit.
How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards for first repair, after that we can set an account up for net 30.
What are the domestic and international shipping rates?
All orders within the continental United States include Free Ground Shipping.
For Hawaii, Alaska, and International shipping, the buyer must provide their shipping account. The buyer is responsible for shipping and duty fees. After you purchase an item through our site, we will contact you to coordinate the shipping account and method.
